Services
TWC2 offers the following services under its Direct Services arm :
Helpline for migrant workers in distress
1800-888-1515, Open Mondays to Saturdays from 10am till 10pm. Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays. Our helpline offers advice on employment issues, existing laws and regulations plus advice for problem-solving.
Case management
We work with various parties such as the Ministry of Manpower, Immigrations Checkpoints Authority (ICA), hospitals and shelters to manage a claim.
Skills Training
We offer a Helpline Training for 10-weeks to volunteers and also English Training for male migrant workers. We are currently needing volunteers to coordinate this two programmes.
Free Meals Programme
As a result of our fact-finding mission at Cuff Road in Little India where we chanced upon homeless migrant workers, we have collaborated with partners to organise a free meals programme run solely on public donations and coordinated by volunteers. TWC2 also offers case assessment to the men at Cuff Road. We also included a one-time dinner packet on Wednesday nights at Campbell Lane. This fund does not support operational costs of TWC2. We've just begun a similar programme for Special Pass holders from Bangladesh held at 18 Desker Road.
Emergency Fund
The fund currently amounts to $6,000 and is used for work-permit holders or Special Pass holders needing immediate funding assistance. This fund also does not support operation costs of TWC2 however, an applicant will need to go through assessment with the Case Manager in order to ascertain his needs. Contact

Conversational English/English Language Training
Run by volunteers who are teaching English to the foreigners, this programme is a more interpersonal approach where the number of students is small hence limiting the student to teacher ratio. We found this helps migrant workers interested to improve their conversational skills become acquainted in the learning process. These sessions are free and happens once or twice a month.
