Executive Committee (ExCo)

TWC2’s highest decision-making body is its annual general meeting (AGM). All members have the right to attend and take part. Every year, it reviews the society’s activities since the previous AGM, takes decisions on policy issues and projects and elects members to TWC2’s executive committee (ExCo).

The ExCo is made up of the President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and other members. The office holders have particular responsibilities. The rest of the ExCo’s work is shared out between the various members.

All ExCo members serve voluntarily, without pay.

TWC2 believes in trying to make good use of all the abilities within the society, and so ExCo members frequently work with non-ExCo members on projects or activities that TWC2 is organising. Regular meetings help the ExCo to assess how the work of TWC2 as a whole is going, to deal with any problems that arise and to decide upon initiatives that need to be taken by the society – always within the guidelines of TWC2’s aims, constitution and the decisions of the latest AGM.
