Staff

TWC2 has two full-time members of staff who work at our office.

Our office manager takes care of day-to-day administration and supports the Executive Committee (ExCo) in handling projects. Our case manager handles Direct Service-related issues. First and foremost, this means dealing with problems raised by callers, but it also involves ensuring that the helpline is staffed and running efficiently. Our case manager currently handles day-to-day administration and assists the ExCo in advancing areas of activity such as public education.

Sha Najak is our Helpline/Case Manager. Our Office Manager is John Devasahayam.

Most of TWC2’s work is done on a voluntary basis, but the employment of members of staff has helped the society considerably in coping with the various demands upon our limited resources.
